Vodacom did a upgrade on routers in Stellenbosch in Oct 2012. Since the upgrade my data connection became unstable. From the 3/2/2013 I have lost 3G connection. The problem was reported to them on the 6/2/2013 and first I contacted them every second day and the last 3 days every day. All I do get is that somebody will call me, but nothing. I do have two data sims and can not use them. No response from Vodacom and basically I am without internet for 3 weeks.
What u useless mob at Vodacom. At the moment I do have 5 contracts with them, but this is the last. I need to pay every month but do not get any service.
