Reached braking point!

Good day! I phoned customer services a few times, had a technician at my house 2 weeks ago still waiting for feedback on his report about my internet connection. All he could say to me after 4 hours. "Sorry I don't know what's going on with your connection I'm not that advance technician. I went to a Vodacom dealer and got a response sorry some numbers been affected with our change to LTE network, but we working on it. I've been paying my account every month. I'm a loyal customer but must keep on paying for Data that I keep on losing. Did a upgrade last week and guess what the consultant told me. Sorry I can't tell you anything about the Z10 I've never even seen how the phone looks, I don't know anything thing about the phones Operating System. it.s clitches, How the screen works or how to start it up! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WOW! If my connection problem can't get fixed than I will start thinking about legal action. Vodacom stay's in contract breach.
