Account settled 4 mths ago but MTN still deducting

I went to Mtn last year october and asked for a settlement of my account and they gave me a settlement of R1500 ..i settled that amount but MTN still sent me statements and sms that i must still pay... thatd ..im goona open a case with ICASA fo... someone in account departmet is doing and im taking this up with icasa...
