So not impressed with horrible service

I have been fighting this nonsense for over a month. We have a neotell phone at home which is there for emergency purposes. Lets pray I never need that emergency call as Neotel decide what they want to do and when. I pay my account every month via eft but in December some brainiac at Neotel could not comprehend that a payment on the first and 15th on the month were for two months and decided to just not load it, so my account was put on hold. No one feels its necessary to call a customer to query an account or email anyone. So when I needed to use the phone I was surprised to find my phone doesn't work and is on hold. Today I call and guess what another brainiac has now terminated the contract. I suggest someone calls and soon before I take this further. You guys are quick to get the business but at keeping it.
