Termination confirmation

My account was terminated in April 2012. But then my details were sent to the ITC for payment failure for this whole year. Neotel does not deserve the money because they have provided no services to me for the year and yet I have paid it in full and all I want now is a formal letter *not an email* confirming that this account has been terminated and paid up. It has taken me 8 working days. Everyday a consultant promises to call me back after spending a minimum of 90mins on the phone with Neotel. I am officially still waiting on the call back from Neotel as well as a simple letter confirming what they keep saying has been done.

How hard can it really be to call a client back and send through confirmation of cancellation!?

Neotel will send your account to the ITC for R44.69c but what about all the money I spend on calling them everyday and being put on hold for 85mins of my 90min call. their managers are ALWAYS in meetings and can never take calls.

Does Neotel not send letters confirming termination so that they can keep billing you and claim the account was never terminated? because that what it looks like.
