Dear MTN. How pathetic are you? Why am I constantly logging complaints about your service? On Friday 15 March I purchased a Samsung phone and tablet from your very pathetic store in Mooirivier Mall in Potchefstroom. I also purchased a secondary SIM-card for the tablet (as a dual-SIM). Today is 22 March. Seven days later. The secondary SIM-card has still not been activated. What the fudge is your problem? Are you competing for some or other Worst Company Ever award? I have been told just now that I have to wait another 24 hours for the SIM to be activated. No problem! I am only the paying customer. I will wait another millennium if that is how long you will need to do your job. Please don't feel rushed or under pressure to render customer service. I mean really. If activating a SIM is so complicated that it takes you eight days, then I apologize for the inconvenience. If you would much rather just disregard a customer, go ahead. If you would much rather spend your time reading about your pathetic service on websites like these, be my guest. I may not have an active SIM-card, but at least I know that MTN has proven over and over again that they are the worst company ever.
