This is the latest in the Neotel horror story-
Lets start from the beginning
-1-sales gives incorrect information to me
-Porting takes longer than promised
-incorrect over billing
-phone is not working
-cannot load for payment on FNB due to incorrect ref no supplied by Neotel
-NOW my clients cannot get hold of me at all and i cannot use the phone
-They told me a new phone would be delivered and it was long after the deadline and it also does not work
-logged a emergency tech call and i am still waiting
Neotel is costing me contracts of hundreds of thousands of rands as my business is dependant on telephone orders.
I need help now!!!
