After returning from Namibia in December i received a huge bill for sending SMSses. Since i was Roaming, i am aware that SMS charges are high, but the bill i received stated that i sent a huge amount of smse and to make matters worse the itimized bill (that i had to pay for) doesnt specify which numbers i smssed. They only list the Vodacom centre as the receiver. Surely this is nonsense.
I want to know who i SMSsed in order to make sure that the bill is correct
Since i PAY for an ITIMIZED bill, this is unacceptable.
When i contacted them about this, i received no response. This was a month ago.
