CELL NOT SEE FOR YOURSELF - SERVICE

My Husband has been with Cell C for over 10 years now, we have 3 lines and we pay over R3000.00 a month in calls. Last year I was unfortunate to be out of work for 6 months, so off course we ran into some financial trouble. We fell behind with our payments and the line was suspended. We made arrangements with them so that we can still use the lines for incoming calls as this is my husbands business line and without we are stuffed. So as a sign of good faith we paid some money towards it and they kept the lines open. We arranged to pay the balance the end of March. Wed 20.03.2013 the lines were totally cut off and removed from the network, no warning calls from cell c to advise us - NOTHING. My husband phoned in and said that we will pay pay 80% of balance and the rest the 25th. Cell C will not accept this arrangement at all, and they request the full amount upfront and then we must wait for them to connect withing days. Cell C your business ethics big time, and you definitely have no businesses or people skills and your people is not trained at all to work with the general public. We are being treated like criminals. SHAME ON YOU. We definitely will look to move to Vodacom.
