Hi there
I have a cellc modem (white huawei). The signal over the past month has been terrible. I have called in numerous times, and either get told that there is no problem and I must reboot, or there is system congestion, or there are signal issues in the area. I have had this modem for over 2 years - these problems are only occurring now. This is a new issue - but Cell C technical call centre seems to think nothing is wrong.
The clock is ticking... 48 hours... and the contract will be terminated!
