ROAMING NOT EXPLAINED

I am so disgusted with Vodacom, i called the call centre to open up my phone for roaming
nobody explained to me what the cost involved is, no excessive calls was made mostly sent
whats up messages, whith my return i received a warning of excessive high calls and a bill of R6000.
when i phoned the call centre i was told roaming is very expensive and it is the data usage. As per
the credit act a provider must always be transparent regarding the cost involved, I asked the person
please to get back to me they must investigate the bill, nobody even try to contact me, i phoned
again same story, then i phoned the accounts department spoke to Janis and he tried to help me.
Is this a general practice of Vodacom not to inform people and then slap them with a very high bill.
