Cancellation confirmation being blatantly ignored

I ordered an Iphone 5 with cell C Direct as it was apparently quicker, after 3 weeks of waiting the call centre recommended a branch that had a phone in stock (Festival Mall) as they had to wait another 2 weeks for stock. So I cancel the Cell C direct order/contract and get the one at Festival Mall as suggested by the call centre. Again I confirm with Cell C direct that other order is cancelled, they confirm. All good at this point. A week later I arrive at the office back in Cape Town to find a box with Iphone and sim delivered... So I call Cell C Direct to tell them about their error, they say they will pick it up again. 2 days later Cell C courier collects the phone at my office. This month I was again billed by Cell C for this 2nd Iphone contract that I have now cancelled so many times. Cell C Direct just continues to charge me for the 2nd contract even though they confirmed cancellation a number of times and they have even collected the unopened box with phone and sim. It is ridiculous. Make it happen now! call me urgently and sort this out and give me my money back before I take this further!!! It is daylight! Have a look on your system and you will see.
