Horrible customer service and communication!

On the 13th of March i called cell c and took up a contract. Over the phone i have been told the contract was approved. i was then asked to send my ID and payslip of which i did. Everything was fine, i gave my banking details over the phone do debit order of the contract and was told that i will receive the phone in 7 working days.
Today i call to find out why i have not received my phone as its passed the 7 working days and then im told the application was all of a sudden declined!!! Im livid! so between that time from the 13th to now, nobody even called to tell me this or for what reason it is all of a sudden declined!!! i called in 3 times today and still cant get an answer after waiting on the phone for close to 25 minutes on each call. This is disgusting service and cell c has inconvenienced me and wasted my time! i could of called another service provider and had a phone by now! i want an explanation and i have not time to waste waiting 25 minutes before a call can be answered and then speaking to incompetent people who cant provide reasons for anything! and i always being told systems are offline!
