First of all I opted for a new contract, Anytime 200, iPhone 5s. Service, in my experience, was prompt and better than other telecom companies. But, during our conversation the sales person mislead me - firstly, there was no clarity on the implications (pricing) of taking an Anytime 200 vs. Anytime 200 TopUp. Secondly, the sales person told me I will be able to port my existing number to this contract anytime in the future, now I am being told this is not possible. I sure hope you can do this, otherwise you can come fetch the phone. Thirdly, you sent me a MICRO sim instead of a NANO sim, now I can't use the contract I am paying for - and I am NOT paying for a sim swop - the mistake is on MTN's side, not mine.
