I have a balckberry 9300 and 9810 i have been trying to get my MTN BIS to work on one of them with no joy and each time i call your call centre all I hear is " all of our consultants are busy, please stay on the line" this goes on for over 45 minutes then they are still unable to help and transfer you to technical division to hold for maybe another hour, i could not hold any longer a was on the phone for over an hour and 5 minutes of that was with a consultant, ask to speek to a superviser and you will be put on a dead line MTN needs to do something about the service. Please dont waste your time with a cut and paste answer i will expect a call. I realy do not need this type of service.
