I'm trying to cancel my adsl service.
Their site offers no clue as to how to do this. So I wrote an email to [Email Removed] 4 days later no response.
I've phoned their call centre twice... both times holding for over 20 minutes waiting for a human to pick up.
To add insult to injury, it's not that I give up... it's just that the line goes dead at about minute 23.
I'm currently on hold for my third attempt.
Thanks Telkom for wasting an hour of my life being on hold.
It's a brilliant strategy... funnel cancelling customers through the call centre options to purgatory where no-one ever answers the phone ever. I'm convinced if i selected the "buy now" option someone would answer immediately.
ah... my third call just went dead after 19 minutes. awesome.
