On the 18th of march i received an SMS from Vodacom saying "LTE is now available to Topup Customers", being a topup customer I made enquiries to get LTE activate on my phone. 1st time I called I received information that it was only available to iPhones, I got confused by this and I guess i let it go.
Today I called with a bit more determination, Customer care advised that this communication is outdated as they say LTE is not yet available, but I never received such info saying what they were saying.
I asked them to send me a ref number or communication via sms but I have yet to receive any official communication from vodacom about this.
It seems I am starting to detest being a vodacom customer now, I have been with vodacom for 5 years now and I am starting to reconsider as I have been exposed to awful service of late.
