I enquired regarding a change in my debit amount (consultant mentioned that I was charger a promo service fee of R113 /- for 3 additional month, despite contract ending) for my cellphone a few weeks ago - initially the feedback was that this was a corporate account and someone from that department needed to handle this. There after I upgraded my and changed this to a standard consumer - I have since called back numerous times, only to have the consultant state that they now need to investigate why the call was closed. I keep on calling, utilising my own airtime only to have no resolution. It is easy for billing department to debit my account, however to get a refund out of you is a problem. This is unacceptable service for a loyal customer. It only shows that you'll are not employing people that can resolve a query. Surely if the call or query has been closed i should be informed not have to constantly keep on phoning, you'll make money from my calls and I am kept on hanging. I ask to speak to a supervisor and the consultant has attitude! Resolve as a matter of urgency!!!
