I phoned a week ago to resolve a problem that has been dragging for 2 years now.
2 years ago I closed my Nedbank account and moved to FNB, my debt counsellor also closed all my debit orders. For some reason my 2 vehicles that has been financed by Nedbank kept going off that account, I was not aware of that because the account is closed.
Now I receive sms messages to contact your legal department because you are going to hand me over to the lawyers.
I have phoned twice to resolve this, everytime ending up in a screaming session with one of your call centre people, they refuse to listen and attack you the moment they have your file open infront of them.
I would like to get this problem solved, as I know I am not on the wrong and my account was closed.
