48 hours turns into one full week

Two unknown debit orders went off my account. Afetr confirming with my bank, i was referred to a company called CS Dominatrax. I called this company on Monday 26 Aug and spoke to a Zanele Ncgobo who said the company would have to investigate the debit order as a consultant might have incorrectly typed in the account number. She said my query would be resolved as a matter of urgency within 48hours although their company takes 72hours to resolve. I called back on the 28th and spoke to Clyde Govender who also reassured me that my matter is being handled as a matter of urgency and is being dealt with by their accounts department. I called again on the 29th and spoke to Zanele again who said my money would be reimbursed into my account by COB on the 30th. I called back on the 30th around 15:00 and their phones rang unaswered. I then called the company again today, 02 Sept and was informed by a gentleman that they are working on my account. It has been a full week that this money has been taken from my account and i was only informed today that their accounts department had a sytem error. This is very unprofessional, and the employees care not if i need the money urgently or not
