I have a vodacom contract phoned which came with an internet moderm. I once got charged a huge amount on my amount for internet usage and it was not as per our agreement. I phoned them several times up until I took the matter to CPA and on the conference call we had with consultant from CPA and vodacom representetive I was promised to be reimbursed a change amount of R156.48 end of april. It never happened and I just realised now that the funds where debited for may and now they are going to debit me for june.

What upset me the most is their call centre is forever busy. It was easy for them to offer me a contract phone but telephonically now when they have to keep their promise of closing my account since my contract period ended it doesn't happen. The contract was 24months and I was informed it ended in april so why still deducting. Now I'm informed by consultant thuli that they can't help me expect me going via cancellation department.

I have had enough with this network. Its a pity that I've been using their number for more than 10 years so its a bit difficult to change my numbers now. Thumbs down for vodacom, the worst network ever.
