RECEIVED WRONG PHONE AFTER REPAIRS

In March 2013 my sister took her phone in for repairs at Wonderpark branch. After 1 month she got it back in perfect condition, only problem was, IT WAS NOT HER PHONE! Went back and explained the situation, not once, but eight times she went back to follow up! Eventually she lost her cool and made a scene, 5 minutes later the security had to escort her out of the store because she was disturbing potential new clients... HELLO, THIS WAS HER POINT!!! After 6 months I offered to take it from here, she is not allowed in the store anymore. I phoned them, explained the situation, AGAIN, their feedback was that they are still busy with investigation?!?!?!?! For 6 months??? Its not a homicide, cmon! anyway, phoned the head office and spoke to Brandon, He will let me know what the situation is before end of business day, lets see! One thing is sure, I WILL GIVE YOU 1 WEEK TO SORT THIS OUT, POINT! Even if it means that it will cost me more to take it further than just buying a new phone, trust me, I WILL MAKE MY POINT!
