MTN service is becoming a totaol nonsense and inconvinience. since the whole BIS and 200 MB of data nonsense started the internet and BIS connectivity its absolutely frustrating. i haver to access my emails and work but how can one do that when the stupid BIS service is down and contacting the MTN Blackbery technical support is even worse. On the 21/03/2013 i could not access any of my BIS services i.e Internet, emails, bbm, whatsup, twitter and i have 198.22MB of data, but still i cannot do anything.the worst part is that i contacted the BB support and this is what 1 of their technical call centre agent's told me" well we're aware that some of the numbers cannot access the BIS service as it is down and ur number is one of those numbers but we're working on it" how pathetic, that's not willing to assist, if some numbers are working well why dn't u try something else at least try assisting before u can tell me your revised speech, Gosh! i need to work and i need my emails. MTN is a nightmare now, next month i'm porting out me and all my family members cos what's the point of having a BB if it does not work. please sort this out!! What an inconvenience,! shape up mahn for peace sake
