For the last 2 months my internet has not been working. I have a 3G data contract that I pay for every month and when I need to be able to access the internet I cannot. I have had my 3G dongle tested and replaced. I am sick and tired of paying for a service that I am unable to use. Fix the service and refund me the money that I have paid. I rely on my internet for work and several other important matters, like paying bills and doing research for work and my studies. It is costing me time and left me stranded because i could not access emails or make important payments.
There are no valid excuses for it being unusable for so long, I demand an apology and an actual solution for a change.
