Help!!!
Siphiwe at Technical Support advised me that I'm unable to download music from the Internet because I have a blackberry phone, Seriously. Also that if I go onto the Internet and access a site and the download speed is not compatible then it will not go through, again seriously. What the has that got to do with me when I'm on a contract and I pay you monthly to give me brilliant service right. I even bought data bundles just in case and that still didn't work. So now my ISP who never informed me of this when I took out my contract i.e. isn't this cause for cancellation? is telling me I need to get a new phone> I suggest you make sure I have access as soon as possible!!!
