I have a blackberry 9780. I have not been able to access anytbing on my phone using BIS for the past three weeks. I can not access the internet, dont receive emails, can not access apps using BIS. i have called Cell C call centre on numerous occassions and I always get told that they resent my service books and that it should work, even after I keep telling them that it does not make a difference. Someone at the call centre also told me that someone closed my case incorrectly therefore everybody is telling me the case is solved. I also visited the Cell C shop and I was told that CELL C IS AWARE OF THE BIS PROBLEMS BUT ARE REFUSING TO LET CUSTOMERS KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM! My BIS also recently expired and I had to reload my BIS and still it does not work! I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT RECEIVING.
