I'm really disappointed at how Vodacom is handling my upgrade. Ive done a telephonic upgrade last week sunday, that was a breeze and expected same from their delivery. The consultant confirm that the delivery will happen any time from Monday to Wednesday. I received a sms on monday saying I can expect delivery within the next 24 hours its Friday and 4 days later and no phone! Then I thought I'll give vodacom call went through to the automated system, receiving a bigger disappointment, saying i will receive the phone the 01st of April? This is one route of upgrade I'll never ever do again, makes me second guessing vodacom as my mobile operator. Very unhappy and frustrating!
