Hi there,
I signed up with mweb uncapped web hosting today and have found nothing but shocking service.
While trying to set up databases for my website, I was unable to do so with no explanation why. (Even though I paid to be able to set up multiple databases). As soon as I try to set up the database it gives me a pop up saying "validation" with nothing else.
I contacted the technical support but they have not gotten back to me, so I tried phoning the numbers that were sent to me with signup of mweb uncapped. ie:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

SALES ENQUIRIES
Tel:087 700 5000

Shockingly neither of the phone numbers went through to mweb but rather to people's personal cell phones having absolutely no connection to Mweb. I have paid my subscription to this services and I would expect that the service would be working, and even if it wasn't I would expect them to give up the correct numbers for customer help services.
This is absolutely shocking.

I have wasted my whole morning on this nonsense and I would like to cancel my subscription and insist on a complete refund.
