Please stop debiting my account- my money

As per Vodacom's confirmed system records I've cancelled my 3G account via their call centre in August 2012.

Much to my surprise I recently discovered that Vodacom happily kept on deducting R149 per month from my account despite the cancellation given through to them during August 2012 - Vodacom's system records and their voice recordings of these telephonic conversations in question will confirm this.

I've taken this up with the cancellation department, accounts department, customer care etc. but still no one seems capable (competent?) of resolving this DESPITE the fact that everyone confirm that they can see on the system that I've instructed Vodacom to cancel the account in August 2012.

I again phoned this morning and spoke to Wesie from cancellations and Cameron from accounts and left a message for Magdeline to get back to me seeing that "she's waiting for my call" but unfortunately nothing happened as of yet (reference nr is s3-tk2aj-j7xn)

Come on Vodacom - please raise your game and (a) return all the unlawfully deducted monies and (b) ensure that everything's cancelled as per your system record.
