I was called to confirm my contract has been approved by Nontando who helped us at MTN. Myself and my sister took out contracts together at MTN canalwalk. We do not reside at the same place and our contracts were totally separate.
We arrived at the mall at about 18:45 where Monique helped us. For some reason she loaded both invoices on my name. this process took about 20 min alone. she realised her mistake and credited the invoices she previously loaded. She then had to reload our separate invoices. 1 hour and 30 min later i was still standing in the store with an irate wife and very irritable child. She also managed to misplace my sister sim card and to top everything off she loaded our information with the incorrect cell numbers. The new numbers she provided had been switched.
So all my documentation has my sisters cell phone number on it and all her documentation has my cellphone number on it.
I called MTN canalwalk and was told that someone will get back to me but nobody has called me back as yet
well see if i get some sort of a reply
