Ref #: S3/04721/1b73. I loaded 250 mb to my wife's account. This was incorrectly allocated to mine. So, I have now paid for this (and I do not need it, have more than enough of my own) and had to reload another once-off onto my wife's number. Additionally, she has been using data out of bundle now in the belief that it was correct;y loaded. Please can you rectify this. I would not be on this page if the call center had not just transferred me to another department after having provided all security question answers as well as the story and then having to repeat the process. I have 3 contracts with Vodacom- please sort out- 48 hours per call center does not suffice.
