I renewed my contract 4 weeks ago and a cell phone X10 was delivered in a day. the phone was not working and i returned it through the Fourways store. when i got the phone not one person in the store was able to transfer and set up the new phone. that is ridiculous.
the phone was running out of battery in a couple of hours and kept losing the data - it kept having to be rebooted. i returned the phone on the 5 March with assurances from the staff that i would have it back in 3 to 4 days. it is now 15 days later and i have not heard a thing - despite physically returning to the store twice. (not to mention the queues in the store and repeated promises by the staff to call me and help me. i have not been contacted once.
