Last week my newly upgraded phone reported sim not registered. AFter taking the phone to the nearest MTN store they stated that because i did my upgrade on MTN direct they can not assist me. But looked at the phone and agreed that it is not working. I have now phoned 5 times from Friday to today the 20th explaining my situation 5 times. Up to now no one is giving me any kind of selution just that someone will phone me back and this never happens. I now have a newly upgraded phone that is not working and no one willing to assist me. On my last call i spoke to Thabo that just put the phone aside having a conversation with someone else for 10 minutes
