I took out a CellC Straight Post-paid Up 200 Low contract for R399 p/m, via service provider NASHUA MOBILE. From date of inception, I have continuously complained / escalated to Nolene Benadie and Nashua Mobile Corporate Support team regarding the non-allocation of data, to no avail. The contract specifies that 500MB is to be allocated per billing cycle, however, only 200MB is being allocated. They can't seem to get there systems to allocate the additional 300MB (as advertised & per contract). It's a never ending saga of the one department shifting the blame to another, and dear Nolene is just hopeless. As Nashua Mobile are in breach of their contract, and have not provided a service that I've paid for and paying for, I will have no option but to withhold payment until this matter is amicably resolved. Fair is fair. Can't pay for data that I don't get allocated. This is the second time I've been burnt by Nashua Mobile (dumb me to come back to Nashua Mobile after a similar experience a few yrs back) and coincidently Nolene being the relationship manager, things just never get resolved. Potential customers beware, you have been warned!
