Two issues we have with Telkom. My telephone line has been out for an entire week, even after numerous calls to Telkom a Technician has not been dispatched and I am left in the dark. Please sort this matter out as I do need to make phone calls etc etc etc
Seconds issue is that another line we have at a separate residence has been faulty since the day it was installed, after numerous calls to telkom and dealing with very very rude staff the line would work and then for a period of 3-4 days in-between would not. This has been going on for 3 Months now!! Once this was sorted out eventually we receive a bill with an unnecessary call out fee from Telkom??? Where does this come from as it is your line that we are having problems with.
