I have written several times about this problem.
Since I upgraded in September 2012 I have not been able to use my phone. It has been sent in for repairs two times already and every time I get it back, still not working. The feedback I got says something very different is wrong with my phone. On my receipt when I booked my phone for repairs you can clearly see what I reported as the problem. So CellC doesn't even look at the problem you booked your phone for.
Two weeks ago a Mr S Valoyi phoned me telling me that they would send someone to come and collect my phone to book it for repairs - for a third time. No one has contacted me since then or even came to get my phone.
I am sick and tired of CellC. I have to pay my account every month but I am not able to use my phone. How does this work? Never in my life have I ever struggled like this.
If this does not get resolved I will be forced to take further action and get a lawyer.
