Newly upgraded store is a disaster!!!

I have just been to the newly upgraded Pick 'n Pay in Waterstone Village Somerset West and I must say that it is extremely disappointing. The store now has 18 pay points but I had to stand in a queue today for almost 25 minutes... there were only 8 People in front of me. The problem was that out of the 18 pay points only 5 were being used. The new queuing system has everyone waiting in one line which would work if the store was being managed well which it is not! This is not the first time I have experienced ridiculously slow service at this store. I normally shop at the newly upgraded Woolworths because of the brilliant and speedy service. Today all I needed was a pack of chicken fillets which is one of the few things that are cheaper at Pick 'n Pay and so decided to go there. NEVER AGAIN!!! I was told by the manager, Kevin, that he would follow it up with his supervisor??? And then was told to scribble my complaint down in a little red book near the entrance which was filled with a million other scribbles. Why did you even waste your money on the upgrade?
