Acc reopened x3 after phone

Good day,
I reported my phone as in July 2013 and it was locked. A few weeks later I was told by a family member that they contacted my old number by mistake and someone answered, so I immediately reported it to Vodacom who then blocked my phone again. Then AGAIN for the THIRD time it was reopened (I was notified by a work contact who called my old number by mistake). This time when contacting Vodacom to notify them, I was told that a bill of over R1000 had been accumulated. I had to request the debit order to be canceled (without doing so I was told that Vodacom would have to debit my account for this amount & then reimburse me after investigation had been concluded). I went to Toti Vodacom branch on Tuesday (29/10/2013) & was told that Vodacom has credited my account, I performed the sim swop as requested to prevent reoccurence & was told that the account would be unlocked within 4 hrs as it had a soft lock. A day later it is still locked, so I went back to the shop and now apparently I owe Vodacom R2000 & that is why my account is still locked. I am absolutely LIVID with this service, I can't believe that a well known service provider would treat their customer this way.
