I have complained about the K3772-Z model before. Vodacom phoned me once during working hours when i am unable to answer. Now I am still struggling with this device and I am sick of it. This device is obviously a failure, I need a new device, not for someone to call me and tell me to unplug it and plug it in again 3 times, to disable it and enable it a few times and to uninstall the software a few times indefinitely. If you do care enough to phone please do so over weekends or after 16:00. I am an honest man and if someone phones me to say i must unplug this device and plug it in again I will hang up immediately and take this to someone higher up in Vodacom.
