VODACOM - WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE

Last year October I applied for a vodacom wifi mygig1 modem. Received the device 5 days later only to find out that I had been sent a plug and play device. Nevermind the fact that this deal was more expensive than the previous one I had originally enquired about, but when I phoned the call centre, I was told that I can still use it. Really vodacom?? You try plug that into your cellphone? After 4 weeks of fighting with vodacom, and after returning the device, I EVENTUALLY received the correct device. Worked for the month. Stopped working February. Phoned the accounts department, only to be told I had been handed over due to lack of payment for 3 months as my details had been deleted off the system! Who delivers a product without charging? More fights... had to go in to pay 3 months outstanding. Took over a week to reactivate. Tried to apply for an iPad mini but declined due to "severe arrears status"... after fighting and being reassured that this incident (vodacoms stuff up) would not affect my name. 3 months till out of rehab status! Thank you very much! No choice but to take it deal on mothers name... at 25. Really? Best part... just received a statement on my name charging R400!!!
