Repairs, so called done, but still not working

I bought a blackberry Curve 9320 in July 2013, at CNA The Glen. This was the second Blackberry that I had, I never had an issue with it not working nor charging. But when I had bought the newer model the first two months it was working well, but never was able to charge in the car, I contacted Vodacom, they told me the power output was insufficient to charge the phone. I made do with it. After three month, the battery would not last 4 hours, as using it a lot, emails, messages and calls. I again did not think much about it. The phone started at time not charge on the original charger, I also started to notice that it would state "the power is not correct to charge the device" I moved the charger to diffierent plugs in the house and office. After a week of frustration, I took the phone back to CNA, they said they need to send it in. which they did.. When I just the device back, the report was "device still in first year of warranty" software update. but yet again, I still need to move from plug to plug, to try charge it. nor does it work in the car. - I clearly am convinced it was never repaired, just restored to factory default. I need help!!
