I've emailed MTN about the poor signal at our home numerous times, with absolutely no response from them. Their phone number 0839001212 more often than not gives me a voice message saying that the number I've dialed is incorrect (I've only gotten through 3 times, having tried over 20 times). It astounds me that they're a communications company and haven't communicated with me regarding this matter - not even a call to say they're looking into it. Nothing!
