I have been an MTN subscriber since 1997 and have kept the same cellphone number all these years, this is rather frustrating that I have been offline all morning due to MTN having connection problems on their network today. Called 808 and was told that 75% of customers are affected by was not given a real reason as to whats causing this and how long it will take. Such occurances are cementing my views about porting my number, not to mention much but the after care service i receive, package I'm on and the rates that I have made peace with due to my brand affinity of MTN - these are increasingly being diminished!!!
I cannot be offline and not be able to make or receive calls since 06h00 this [URL Removed] one now how are we meant to be effecient and productive?
