I contacted Centurion branch on Thursday 22/08/2013 to get a qoute to purchase parts (oil filter, pollen filter, Fan Belt, wiper blades - rear & front and spark plugs X4) for my car Peogeot 307 (VIN80488741). I was told that their systems are offline, which I didn't have a problem with as this things happens. Johan advised me to call later on the day but I decided that I will call on Friday morning as I will only be able to to go to Centurion on Saturday. I made a follow up call on Friday morning and I was qoute on what I was looking for. Saturday morning, I drove from Kempton Park, where i stay to Centurion ( -45 km), only to be told that the systems are offline and I was told to come back on Monday. I was not impressed but I thought because I work in Midrand ( -15km), I will go on Monday. I called the branch on Monday before I could waste another effort and I was told that they are still offline. A follow up call was made on Tuesday and they were still offline and Johan took my number and promised to call me when their systems are up & running. I then decided to log a complain on their website, after all my calls & a wasted trip, I'm told to call Eastrand Mall branch.
