I have now run out of patience with Telkom. The Technical staff is completely incompetent.
Two months ago my ADSL and Phone line went down for a period of 3 WEEKS.
Telkom managed to get my service going again after numerous attempts (with ample calls, follow-ups and escalations from my side) by the so called technical experts but the line is now almost unusable.
I have opened numerous calls on this matter with the helpdesk just closing them without resolving the issue.

My ADSL has degraded from a 4meg to 1.7meg service. This being said the amount of packet loss and disconnects basically make it useless.
Is there not one competent technical person that can take the time to resolve this?
