We asked for our line to be moved from Alberton to Quellerina one month in advance online before moving house. We were given a date for the 18/12/2013 and to date nothing has happened. We have no telephone line or ADSL connection. We phoned Telkom's call centre via our cellphones on numerous occasions and got the same response that the technician is working on the box that was hit by lightening. It's 3 weeks later and the technician is still working on fixing the box. We have asked for this issue to be escalated and still nothing has been done. Telkom is pathetic and is not going to reimburse us for our cellphone calls to them. The service is appalling.
