ADSL never worked properly

Good day,
I wish to advise you that our ADSL has not been working since the day we got it!!!
i have logged numerous calls to yourselves and the issue is still not sorted.
Please contact me urgently so we can arrange a REFUND as i am not prepared to pay for something that has never worked.!!!
