For the past couple of weeks have had little to no cell signal/reception at home. Called customer service to log a complaint for vodacom to investigate. Advised before they will log a complaint I must get 3 other vodacom numbers of neighbours who are also having the same problem. What a joke I must now go knocking on doors of neighbours before my complaint is even logged.. I don't think so! This is one for the consumer protector. I am paying for a service that I am not receiving.
