Still no signal

Well thank you to vodacom for reacting so quickly. Apparently the fault of our poor to none signal problem was the tower. Just a pitty that its taking more than a month now to fix. A consultant came to see me and phoned me regularly to keep me up to date, but there has since been no improvement. I have been very patient up to now. Our neighbours had the same complaint and from what I've heard they already installed boosters at their home. What to do???
