I have been struggling to get Vodacom to address the signal problem at my home for some time now. They have sent a technician to do a signal test on the premises and they found that it was VERY BAD. They came and installed a booster... What a joke. Not even the booster installation could find a acceptable signal.
The neighbors in the area have the same problem. Even traveling around the country, every place we come to, Vodacom has the WORST Signal. I am at the point now that after 10 years or more to port my numbers to one of the providers that can provide a service.
